The process of quoting was quick and easy, and automated on the website, pretty intuitive overall. Bryan called the next morning and asked thoughtful questions regarding the move to better understand how best to tweak the quote and prepare for the move (e.g. how big a crew and truck based off the amount/type of items needed to move). He was able to answers all my questions and was nice and respectful.

The company called and emailed a few times leading up to the move as a reminder. The emails and account page were upfront about costs and organized with the info.

Regarding the move itself, Juan and his crew were on time, upbeat, fast, careful, strong, respectful, and efficient.

Felix safredio Sebastian were really amazing, they were very careful with all the furniture and did an exceptional job at moving our stuff! Packed everything properly not even a scratch on the stuff very kind helpful sweet and cordial Professionals. Can’t even believe how fast they got everything done!

My family and I have moved a lot over the last decade. Often times it’s long distance moves across continents. This time, it was a local move. Out of all the moves I’ve ever coordinated, I can confidentially say this was the smoothest, and most expeditious move experience I’ve had.

Gilberth and his crew of five others were energetic, quick, efficient professionals. They packed up two trucks for a family of five across four floors in under two hours. A hey expertly took great care of our possessions even the most delicate ones. They unpacked, assembled, expertly delivered and unwrapped items exactly as I wanted in each room. Gilberth’s communication throughout was above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced.

For once, on move day I’ve not felt overwhelmed or exhausted with a to do list that’s a mile long before anyone can get into bed. I would hire Michael’s again and request Gilberth and his crew. Working with Michael’s was one of the smoothest interactions from requesting a quote to moving day. If I’m looking to move or have items moved for me, I will definitely go back to Michael’s again.

This was our second move with Michael’s movers. Felix, Edder, and Erik were absolutely incredible. They were careful, efficient, warm, and very skilled. Their confidence and communication made the stress of moving melt away. We are now settled into our new home and it already feels cozy thanks to their skill in setting up the rooms to be instantly functional while we unpack. Thank you! I would recommend Michaels to anyone.

I just had a wonderful experience with a moving company. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that before. It was an internal move that brought our bedroom downstairs and our library upstairs. We had book cases that were an inch less than the ceiling upstairs. The movers made that work much to my amazement. The whole move went smoothly, efficiently and took less time than had been estimated. When and If I need to move again, I will contact Michael’s Moving company. They are polite, friendly, careful and did a terriic job.

Felix and the team came by and helped my partner and I move into our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the service, they were efficient, friendly and the service was more affordable than anticipated. The truck they use versus other movers I’ve seen had a liftgate which I was very impressed with, these guys know what they’re doing when it comes to handling your valuables and moving them into to your desired location. Could not be happier!

An update from my last review 4 years ago as Michael’s has seen me through another move today! They are absolutely incredible – Juan and his team were efficient and quick moving visiting 3 different pick up zones and move everything out into one space SO quickly and carefully. I think this was my (4th?) move with Michael’s and I will continue to only use them (although I’m REALLY hoping we are in this house for good!). You can’t go wrong with working this team!

Had to move furniture that was bigger than expected and was concerned about getting it up two flights of stairs. They scheduled quickly and were able to come same day and got it up two flights of stairs. Impressive strength, fast service, and a good price. Would definitely recommend them and use them gain.

We worked with Freddy, Sigfredo and Daniel to move a large piano locally. The team was on time, friendly/professional, and great to work with. They also did an excellent job disassembling and packing the piano for a safe and quick move. Really appreciate their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Felix’s team was amazing. They took great care of all of our things, were extremely efficient packing and unpacking, and asked questions to ensure all of our things ended up perfectly placed where we wanted them. HIGHLY recommend.

Hilberto, Wilson, and Selvyn were amazing! Very fast and they were considerate of making sure nothing was damaged in the move. Also the rest of the Michael’s Moving team was very communicative and made sure everything was set up before the movers came.

Felix’s team with Daniel, Manrique, and Manuel Polanco went above and beyond to making sure I was well taken care of, even staying until 9PM to make sure I was all set. They even went through the effort of disassembling my gazebo and actually assembling it back together in addition to all my house furniture. Would 10/10 recommend quality of service and will have them help me again.

Juan and his crew showed up exactly on time and ready to work. They were efficient, organized and very friendly. They took great care with every item and did a great job packing our kitchen and artwork. I really appreciated how everyone at Michael’s Moving made this process as stress-free as possible. Prices are very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Michael’s!
